Pamela Anderson Lee won another victory in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday, her second in as many days, and this time her estranged husband, Tommy Lee, was her fellow plaintiff, not a defendant. Superior Court Judge Haley J. Fromholz granted Anderson's request to dismiss her copyright- infringement lawsuit against an Internet porn company in state court without prejudice, allowing her to pursue the matter in federal court. Anderson says the federal suit has already been filed.

"I'm actually very excited about today," Anderson said after the ruling. "It's a big win for us. It allows us to get out of state court . . . and go after them with a vengeance. Now we're going after them for everything," she explained.

"Them" is the Seattle- based Internet Entertainment Group, which obtained a copy of an explicit honeymoon videotape of Anderson and Lee. After an unsuccessful court battle with IEG last year, the couple agreed to a confidential settlement, which, according to Anderson, forgave the company for selling the videotape over the Internet— as long as they promised never to sell it again and to return all copies of the tape.

IEG president Seth Warshavsky strongly disagrees with Anderson's view of their settlement, and says he plans to continue marketing Pam and Tommy Lee: Hardcore and Uncensored— one of the best- selling adult videos ever— and has been preparing a lawsuit to file in another state court that would force the unhappy couple to comply with the settlement as IEG sees it. The company claims that the contract signed by Anderson and Lee not only allows IEG to distribute the video, but also requires them to drop a lawsuit filed last year against the company and not sue again over the video.

"We have no intention of letting Pamela Lee manipulate her way out of compliance with all terms of this contract," Warshavsky said in a statement.
