Baywatch's Pamela Anderson Lee Files For Divorce

LOS ANGELES, Nov 19 (Reuter) - Pamela Anderson Lee, one of the stars of the worldwide TV hit show "Baywatch", filed for divorce from her rock drummer husband Tommy Lee Tuesday, after only 21 months of marriage.

The petition filed in Los Angeles Superior Court cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their breakup.

The pair, who have a five-month-old son, Brandon Lee, were married on a beach in Mexico on Feb. 19, 1995. Tommy Lee divorced "Melrose Place" actress Heather Locklear to marry Anderson.

According to the divorce papers, they separated last Friday. The petition specified she was seeking custody of the baby.

The Canadian-born actress' publicist confirmed the petition had been filed but gave no further details. Lee, drummer with the group Motley Crue, was not immediately available for comment.

Last month, a freelance photographer sued Tommy Lee for assault after a pushing incident as the couple left the trendy Hollywood night club "The Viper Room."
