Pamela Anderson Lee says she has bid adieu to those stretched-to-the-breaking-point baby doll T-shirts and cut-off-to-there shorts. The actress, soon to be seen in the syndicated action show VIP, says she's traded in trash for class, but doesn't regret her past fashion faux pas.

"I've obviously evolved, but you know what? I like being a Barbie," she tells October's Cosmopolitan magazine. "Half of my closet has the Barbie clothes and the other half has Armani, Dolce and Gabbana, and Versace. I'm not trying to change my image. I'm just growing."

Of course, Pamela has lots of space to grow with her divorce from Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee still in the works. The rocker was recently released from prison, where he spent more than three months for assaulting her.

Pammy says it was Tommy who inspired her to adopt her sleeker, chicer style. "I used to say, 'If you're going to do it, overdo it,'" she says, perhaps explaining her roller-coaster relationship with bad boy Lee as much as her wardrobe. "But I'm changing my theory on life. Things need to be done, not overdone."
